1. Scope
These terms apply to Bitseed account and device management, remote desktop, file transfer, remote terminal and related services. Please read these terms and the Privacy Policy before registering. If you disagree, do not register or use the relevant services.
2. Account security
Register with a phone number you are entitled to use. Protect your password, verification codes and signed-in devices. Do not lend or sell accounts or impersonate others. Change your password and contact us promptly if you detect unauthorized access or lose control of your number. Resetting your password invalidates other existing sign-ins for the account.
3. Authorized and acceptable use
Access only devices and data you own or have explicit permission to use. You are responsible for the remote operations you initiate. Terminal commands, file replacement and deletion can have irreversible effects; check the target and keep backups. Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful surveillance, malware, privacy violations, unauthorized access or other unlawful acts. Do not disrupt the service, abuse its resources or damage other devices.
4. Availability and changes
Networks, carriers, device conditions, maintenance and software updates can interrupt or limit service. We take reasonable steps to maintain it but do not guarantee connectivity in every situation, SMS delivery or uninterrupted availability. We will give appropriate notice of important service or terms changes and obtain additional consent where required by law.
5. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights to your files and content and must have permission to process and transmit them. Use of the service does not transfer rights to our software, trademarks or other intellectual property. Open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses. Do not infringe others' rights except as permitted by law or an applicable license.
6. Restrictions, termination and responsibility
We may apply necessary and reasonable restrictions or suspend access where unlawful conduct, unauthorized access or security risks are suspected. You may stop using the service and contact us about your account or personal information. Each party is responsible as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Please contact us first to discuss disputes; your legal remedies remain available.
