1. Information and purposes
Account services process your country/region, phone number, password hash and verification records for registration, sign-in, password recovery and abuse prevention. Device services process identifiers, names, operating systems, account associations, online status and service-port information to display workstations, verify access and establish connections. We also process connection IP addresses, times, status, errors and transfer diagnostics such as file counts, sizes and duration to operate and protect the service. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information in device names or error reports.
2. Remote content and device permissions
Remote screens, files, clipboard and terminal data are transmitted between connected devices as you direct, sometimes through a relay. Recipients may view, save or act on content you authorize them to access. Grant access carefully. Scanning, remote control and file access may require camera, screen-recording, accessibility or file permissions. You can manage these in system settings; disabling them may prevent the relevant features from working.
3. SMS, necessary services and disclosure
To send verification codes, we provide the recipient number and message content to SMS provider 51welink and the relevant carriers for message delivery and handling. Operation may also involve necessary network, relay and infrastructure services. We process or disclose information only as needed to provide the service, with your authorization or as required by law. We do not sell personal information or use verification numbers for marketing messages. Where cross-region processing requires additional notice or consent, we will follow the applicable requirements.
4. Retention and safeguards
Passwords are stored as hashes. Server verification records use keyed digests rather than plaintext codes as stored verification credentials. Codes last 5 minutes; related abuse-prevention records are cleared after approximately 24 hours. Account and device records are kept while needed to provide the service. Connection, security and diagnostic records are retained as needed for troubleshooting, security and legal obligations, then deleted or de-identified. Local logs are managed on the device. We use reasonable access controls and transport safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
5. Local storage and your choices
Apps or browsers store necessary sign-in credentials, account details and preferences to maintain your session. Signing out or clearing app/browser data changes local state; device revocation or a password reset can affect existing access. Email contact@bitseed.ai to request access, a copy, correction or deletion of personal information, withdraw consent or close your account. We will verify necessary identity details and handle requests under applicable law. Information that must legally be retained will remain subject to relevant restrictions. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing; stopping necessary processing may prevent the relevant features from being provided.
6. Minors, updates and contact
The service is not directed to children who cannot validly consent to the relevant processing. Minors should use it with guardian guidance and any required consent. Contact us if a minor's information was processed without appropriate consent. We will give appropriate notice of important policy changes and seek separate or renewed consent when required.
